Service Description

This Ayurvedic body and head massage is especially recommended to work on disorders of the nervous system, such as : chronic stress, insomnia, anxiety, etc. It combines a gentle pressure of energetic points (Marma) on the head and body, and a light plant-infused warm oil massage. By allowing a better flow of energy through the body, the nervous system relaxes. You will feel calm, centered and at peace. Marie personally attends all clients and adapts the protocol, oil and pressure based on their needs.
