Step 1 : We meet either in person or via zoom for an initial 90min consultation. During that consultation we review your health history, diet and lifestyle and establish a diagnosis as per Ayurvedic medicine criteria. This allows you to understand how unique your body-mind functions and how we can treat the root cause of possible imbalances.

Step 2 : I set up a protocol for you to follow : it can include some changes in your diet, herbal formulas, relaxation techniques, massages etc. I adapt the protocol to your lifestyle so you can progressively incorporate the tools and get results without feeling overwhelmed.

Step 3 : Monthly follow up consultations may be required over a period of 3 to 6 months, or only a couple of times a year to adjust to new seasons. This all depends on your personal situation and symptoms.
